Who we are

Nurture Genie Lead Radar is run by Nurture Genie. Contact us at the email address on our website.

Account holders

When you sign up we keep your name, business name, email address, password (stored scrambled, never in readable form), phone number and settings, so we can run your account, bill you and contact you about the service. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep this information while your account is open and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting.

People our customers write to

Our customers use Nurture Genie Lead Radar to write to homeowners and businesses, using addresses from public sources such as council planning records and HM Land Registry. For those letters our customer is the data controller and we process the information on their behalf. Each letter names the business that sent it and includes a way to opt out. If you received a letter and want no more, use the "No more letters" link on the page its QR code opens, or contact the business that wrote to you.

If you fill in the enquiry form on a letter's page, your details go to the business that wrote to you so they can reply.

Where data is kept

Data is stored on servers in the United Kingdom. Services our customers choose to connect, such as Stannp, Google or GoHighLevel, process data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Contact us at the email address on our website. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
